GoNoGo provides AI-generated business analysis reports and digital services. Due to the nature of digital products, refund eligibility may be limited once a report has been generated or delivered.
By purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Product Policy
GoNoGo delivers digital reports and services electronically.
Once a report has been generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available after successful delivery.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refund requests may be approved in the following situations:
Duplicate payments
Accidental multiple charges
Technical errors that prevent report delivery
Payment processing errors
Service outages that prevent access to purchased services

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for previous billing periods.
Users retain access until the end of the current subscription period unless otherwise stated.
