GONOGO REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

Thank you for using GoNoGo.

GoNoGo provides AI-generated business analysis reports and digital services. Due to the nature of digital products, refund eligibility may be limited once a report has been generated or delivered.

By purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Product Policy

GoNoGo delivers digital reports and services electronically.

Once a report has been generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.

Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available after successful delivery.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refund requests may be approved in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Accidental multiple charges

  • Technical errors that prevent report delivery

  • Payment processing errors

  • Service outages that prevent access to purchased services

All requests are reviewed individually.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with business outcomes

  • Disagreement with AI-generated recommendations

  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase

  • Reports that have already been successfully delivered

  • Partial use of subscription periods

GoNoGo provides analytical information and does not guarantee business success, financial performance, or investment outcomes.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for previous billing periods.

Users retain access until the end of the current subscription period unless otherwise stated.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly.

We are committed to resolving billing issues as quickly as possible.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
